Spinach is extremely high in oxalates - as is chard. Don't go overboard with them, especially if you are prone to kidney stones. Steaming or boiling them and discarding the water is helpful.

Sure you might get some potassium out of these foods but at what cost I'll tell you.. bananas/oranges=full of sugar.. beets and spinach=full of oxalates that ironically prevents potassium absorption unless you cook the spinach and essentially degrade 80-90% of the potassium content
