I like 9:30 PM. I'm a night owl, and that's when I can consistently do it.

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I work out at 6:30 pm; on weekends, after waking up ~9:00 am.

I always feel very fatigued in the morning so its not a good time for me. Cant even think straight in the morning so probably higher chance of injury.
I do all kind of stupid mistakes :D

I work out in the AM because I need to get it in before heading out to work.

Agree, it's all about where it fits best to ensure it gets done. For me, it had to fit in with my intermittent fasting routine. I try to break my fast around 1pm. I'll typically take creatine and EAAs right before working out to get me through a fasted workout, but then I'll break my fast after working out with more protein as well as some simple carbohydrates. Out of curiosity, I see a number of different types of equipment/workout styles in this video. Which type of workout are you personally doing these days and how often?
