I try so i blend it with saffaron, carrots, celery, ginger, oats and wheat germ. Is all that ok

I eat probably around 500 calories of nuts a day at least, and don’t gain an ounce from them. They do not make you gain weight. I include them everyday in my keto diet. People are so worried about the calorie content in them… they shouldn’t. I eat so much of them and am still losing weight.

Well guess what i eat a ton ot nuts everyday and im still slim..my lifestyle diet:
ONLY Nuts, veggies n fruits wit water, i do NOT eat meat, bread potatoes all that crap and am doing fine i weight 76kgs when i used to eat rice pasta wheat gluten cheese milk bread etc adding salt i weighted 145kgs..now i eat all the nuts i want n dont do portion control which is BS..am still lean n cut i exercise regularly only calisthenics i dont lift wright anymore am 46 years old looking 26 years younger..thats my story my lifestyle now..upon you to believe nuts makes you gain weight they DONT at all..am out
