I have been working out with Chris since 2021. I love fast basic and step and strength. Today I finally did this full body workout. I am committed to doing weight training at least one time a week. I am ashamed it took me this long to do it. Better late than never.❤

I won't have time to do a full body tomorrow so I jumped on and tried this one. Great if you are a beginner and even better if you have been doing this for awhile because you know everything Chris says is true. Keep preaching!

Awesome workout. So on listening to the last couple of days with the live chat, I went to get my massage this morning and Mary asked me if I am losing weight, told her no, still weigh the same, she said well then you’re body is very toned. Made so happy. I’m trying so hard to be consistent, not easy now that I’m working, some days I feel so tired and say na I will do this tomorrow, but I feel GUILTY and MOST of the time I do it anyways, there’s that discipline you were talking about. Just love your personality and motivation. Thanks for helping me.

I love a straight up strength workout. i started focusing on strength/toning in December 2020. Went from a size 10/12 to 4/6, and weight has not hardly changed. Strength training is the key to aging gracefully.

I started doing today's intermediate step recording, and the strength training lecture was at the beginning of the workout. The lecture worked. I aborted the step workout and found this gem for my beginner strength training body. Thank you for the workout instruction and encouragement you provide AND for looking out for our whole body health and longevity. Grateful for you!

This strength training was great! I also like the analogy of a two-pound pillow vs. a two-pound dumb bell as a comparison for fat vs. muscle. Something I'll remember. Thanks for the workout & encouragement! 😃

Loved going back to the basics! Went by super Fast! What I love about your workouts is that you explain what the moves are doing and what the correct form is. You seem to know exactly when I am getting into my neck on certain exercises!
