Welcome to your 30 min energising morning yoga flow. This class is great for mixed levels and focuses on helping you start your day in a mindful way with a full body sequence of poses to stretch, strengthen and centre.

Today's class includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends and balancing postures. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day. I also include lots of options for the more difficult positions so that you can make the practice your own.

Charlie, when I was doing the locust pose and you said, ‘Put your tongue at the roof of your mouth, behind your teeth, ’ it was a complete game changer! Before that, I felt like a fish out of water, LOL! It’s the small nuggets of advice that make a BIG difference! Thank you again for another great class!

I struggle a lot with motivating myself to move, but your 30min videos are just the right fit between "I can do 30 mins at least", the incredible kindness and thoughtfulness of your practice that makes me feel like I'm doing ok, and the push for my body to get a bit stronger and more flexible. Do NOT know how you fit your head through your elbow though 😅 must be magic.

This was so much fun! I almost skipped yoga today because I didn’t have energy. But I just decided to go ahead and do this. By the end when I was rocking side to side I wanted to do it again. 😂 too and I have to go to work now 😅

I loved this flow! It was almost too strong for me, but with modifications and swapping downward dog for a child's pose in some places hit the sweet spot for me. You are quite creative, Charlie, and the novelty weaved into the poses kept me going right till the end. Thank you so much!
