I was born with weak ankles, and absolutely hate ankle support.

When do i need to do this?

Is it after the swelling go away? Or while theres still a small swelling?

I twist my right foot so badly 😢... And its still swelling untill now ( its been two weeks since then) i wanted to walk normally as fast as i can cause its bothering me when im going off to work ... 😂 And im missing to wear my shoes again ...

Due to sprain swelling.... It affects my toes to and its starting to hurt too :< any advice to what to do?

I had a pretty bad ankle sprain that was just as purple if not worse. It's been 2+ years since the injury and I'm able to move freely now, but the swelling stayed. Its like I got a kankle lol. Will it be like that forever?

Ive never seen a calf raise actually go onto the toes befores

What about if doing this hurts? Is that normal and we should continue or is that a sign we’re not ready?
