For Virabhadrasana 1 - Warrior Pose 1, keep your feet wide apart and turn to your right at 90 degrees with right foot pointing towards the right. Join the palms overhead. Bend the right knee above the right ankle. Stretch your hands slightly and expand your chest to come into a gentle backbend. Come back and repeat the same on the other side.
