Stand with feet hip width apart. Step your left foot back, half way up the mat. Rotate your left toes out slightly. Bring your hands to your hips. Gently rotate your left hip forwards in line with the right hip. Bend your right knee over the right ankle, tuck your pelvis under, elongate the spine and bring your hand above your head palms facing inwards. Look forwards and relax the neck. Ground into the back foot. Repeat on the other side.
