Organisational structures, not individuals, are to blame for workplace bullying, which affects 10 per cent of employees, according to a new Australian study citing “poor management practices” as the root cause of bullying. UniSA Professor Michelle Tuckey discusses a new screening tool that identifies nine major risk areas for workplace bullying.

Occurs at prestigious Global company full of well educated people. They said they busy with overload work yet still have plenty of time to do mocking, belittling, gosipping. Full of unhappy people spread their self resentment towards their own life to other perceived luckier than them.
