WOW!! That last line, "what makes you think you are not selling your soul?" So thought-provoking!! Putting ourselves in harm's way for all the wrong reasons and from the damage that goes unseen. How does this affect children? Parents are being harmed in the workplace and then bringing that home. Thank you

Bullying is rife where I work; I’m dreading going to work tomorrow because I stood up for someone who was unable to stand up for themselves. I’ve voiced my concerns with management and hope they will sort it, but the bullies are the bosses family who work there.
I just couldn’t stand seeing and hearing the abuse and realised if I didn’t say something it was going to get worse and it was already unbearable.
I hope for the best but I’m ready to leave if I have to. I’m only staying because I love 90% of the people I work with, love my job and my clients.
Sad that a couple rotten eggs can do so much damage

Going through this now. It’s so out to my character to challenge aggressive people but I see there’s really no other choice. You can’t run from it.

This applies to me with my household. My household has been the lost abusive, not any workplace I’ve been in. I will take this into account for workplaces I’ll be in in the future, too.

That's exactly right it amounts to selling your soul and many of us have been convinced that because we don't see our souls they are not present but the opposite of that is true... I have done it and I would admonish you not to sell your soul at the workplace for they truly don't give a damn about you

A soft answer turns away wrath - if they continue they are abusive and we must then flea that situation. We are essentially (if we stay) getting paid to be abused. No "job" is worth that. God will take care of it. He will repay. Walk away so He can walk in and finish it. Your soul and safety are worth that. God bless ❤
