In a major national survey, 35 percent of American adults reported that they have experienced bullying behaviors at work and another 15 percent said they have witnessed others being bullied (Workplace Bullying Institute, 2010). Workplace bullying can have serious repercussions for employees and the organization alike. To promote psychologically healthy workplaces and help employers identify, prevent and address these negative workplace behaviors, the American Psychological Association's Center for Organizational Excellence launched a new resource page on workplace bullying.

that is the perfect definition of a bully at my work. the guy looks identical to the game "Beat The Boss" too. I told my boss today about the bully at work, it was hard but it had to be done. he was very understanding, and will do a review. My health and well being is the utmost importance

I was bullied because of my looks, but I learn not to care so much about this. I chose not to take these comments seriously, and imo, bullying is really stupid. Ive had bad friends. Now Ive learned not to give a f*ck about them, but I feel for people that have to put up with this sh*t everyday, be it a child or an adult. But theres help out there, and I support you guys that deal with this, everyday:)
