If you fight a bully at school, you get away with it. But if you fight a bully at work, it’s a problem for your career.

People don't usually feel they're being "bullied" unless they are actually being bullied. Most people are aware of the difference between constructive criticism and feedback that is necessary versus being targeted and mistreated.

Shocking thing is bullys can be nice sometimes, then they bully you even more. Bullys should be made to feel very guilty.

If someone tries to bully you at work there's no choice but to be aggressive and just keep being aggressive like walk into the place feeling angry and enraged at the bully.
Never let anyone intimidate you or make you feel uncomfortable.

If staff bully you it is usually someone you don't get on with anyway or a one off flip-out. If you're questioned out of nowhere about anything sensitive because of bullies and you know who, you can report to your manager or supervisors, and complain to their managers. If you don't catch a bully or know who, you might get slyly pushed out of your job because you were offended by the behaviour of the whole set involved in what happens. If you spot anyone who has bullied you in the past you might not think you should but you should mention to someone like the recruiter/manager that the person(s) had harrassed you in the past and were threatning and you have to mention it in case they try anything. It's can seem cruel but it's the only way a lot of the time. Most bullying is harrassment and when they stick others in helping it gets very hurtful.

I'm in a job, doing everything I'm asked then being called out on the public intercom, "Mr Smith come to the office", your lacking performance etc, anyways this went on for 6 months, eventually I changed my role in the same supermarket, and noticed the new person wasn't working anywhere near as hard... Yet no call outs,

I was bullied in the 80's as a young worker by not manager's, but thise in my department. When i decided to leave, management asked me why. My response; i must leave before i do something that gets me imprisoned. You people won't do your job, so instead, I'm going to leave.
In recent times, I've realised, whenever someone you don't like, leaves, or is fired, they're ALWAYS replaced by someone equally as rotten. Voids are always filled. I don't need new colleagues or managers. I just need to work less days, like 3days p/w once my mortgage is cleared. After that, i can afford to scale back.
I've had enough of full time employment.

Its about how people feel as a result of the consequence of anothers behaviour towards them. As this video suggests, it can be quite subjective as well as impactive. Making a request of an employee may be reasonable on first inspection, however the way its delivered may not. Bullying at work is not illegal in the UK, however some of the associated behaviours may be.

Im not a bully to be firm about that comment the women made, if they don't like someone they will keep using you as a target. You can be a top performer and they still will sack you on prejudice. Shocking but it goes so much in the workplace.

In most cases, it is the selfish nature innate to humans creating all the bullying. People these days are insecure as hell 😂
