So let’s be true guys no one updates there progress . So let me tell you mine
So it’s been 8 days since I have started this workout, with this workout I’m doing another workout which is the (10 day challenge loose weight fast) I’m doing these two together with a strict diet, and I can very much see a difference in my full belly, these exercises are really working. I could see changes after 3-4 days. I hope you guys are now satisfied with this comment😊.

Honest Review 1 year of doing this work out, I was 148 pounds before doing this work out after 1 year I lose 28 pounds by no diet so keep going you will see the better results ❤

Doing this as someone who would love a flat stomach.

Day 1 : burns but it was ok!
Day 2: easier to get through it!definitely feeling changes.. or pain !
Day 3: way easier to complete! I've lost around 3 and a half pounds!

Hey guys i'm an overweight 15 year old girl who is really hoping to slim down for my last year of school i decided to start on a diet i joined a gym and i found this workout to do before i go on my morning walk/ jog or when i dont go to the gym. i will try my best to update u guys daily im hoping to see some improvement within a month so here we goo!

Day 1: i was able to do most of the workouts i think i struggled with 2 or 3 but I kept pushing and i'm glad i did because it feels great knowing i finished also i'm really sore because i went for a walk (it was supposed to be a jog)

DOING THIS FOR 14 DAYS!

DAY 1: THE HIP DIPS, BICYCLE CRUNCHES AND OBLIQUE SQUATS WERE SOOO HARD BUT AT LEAST IM DONE! I FEEL SO GOOD NOW

I’ve been following this workout routine for the past 10 days, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the results, particularly in my buttocks. In the past, I focused mostly on toning my stomach, and it’s already in good shape. But now, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the tone of my bum, and my hip dips are less visible. I’m determined to keep going with this workout for at least another month. I'll update with the results.

I'm gonna be doing this three to four times a week, during 4 weeks, I'll keep you all updated!
FIrst week:
Tuesday --> burned really at some exercices (oblique crunches and slow mountain climbers mainly lol) but managed to do it till the end :)
Thursday --> managed to do it too, hurt the most at the same exercices
Saturday --> It gets easier the more you do it! Felt hard but good today

I started this workout today. It was not easy especially when i got to the slow mountain climbing but i feel great and look forward to being more consistent. No time is too late.

And so I m back, I just want to update you guys.. from 72.5 kilos now I am only 57.2 kilos, i still look big but my waist and tummy have lost. lot of fast... And I look round rather than fat.. Still continuing this exercise. (I still eat what I want but in controlled portions, and yes, I drink alcohol too.) thank you so much roberta, you've been with my diet for many years ❤️❤️❤️

tried this and couldn’t move the next day but as soon as I felt comfortable I tried it again and now I’m on day 6!!
still no changes on my body… maybe because I haven’t changed my eating habits lol

i love you roberta gym. thanks to u ive gained 10 lbs in 2 months, and i went to 93lbs-103 lbs. i am 12, and a height of 5'3-5'4. thank you, i am still trying to make more changes and i dont like my wibe rib-cage. so im going to keep going and never give up! Thank you, feeling more less inseacure since im a chopstick lol. love your videos, keep up the great work!

I've been following you for the last 4 years or so.... On and off obviously.... Like whenever i need a certain change in my body i always come to this channel... I had a waist size or 34 and reduced it to 30 in just 21 days... I'm more of a slim girl but i was always insecure about the curves i had... With you i really got the results i was looking for .. again I'm here with less on weight losing part and more on the reshaping my body part... Looking forward to getting another positive result 💫💫💫
