This abs pilates workout challenge will help you get 11 line abs and a toned flat stomach with no equipment needed. It's an intense 5 minute at home pilates core workout with ab exercises that target your deep core muscles to help you sculpt and lose belly fat. I challenge you to do this for 14 days and let me know how you do in the comments down below! Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

Doing this twice a day for 14 days. 3rd exercise i'm doing from her.
Day 1: it was okay but it took me a while to understand how to do the 2nd exercise. I would say that it wasnt the most difficult out of all her videos but it was nice.
Day 2; you know, I wasn't sure at first but now it's confirmed. This exercise is the easiest out of all the exercises I did from her.
Day 3: am i doing something wrong. I feel like i should be more tired than i am right now- but i did it
Day 4- I did it but maybe I should do another exercise as well
Day 5- I did it. Idk what else to sah but um, yeah. One improvement I have noticed is that i no longer need my hands to swing myself up when i am doing the first two exercises. I can sit up eithout using my hands or legs. Cool
Day 6: it was fine. Only 8 more days to go
Day 7: i did it 🎉. I ate just before doing this, not sure that was s good idea 😢
Day 8: I did it but it was hard to find time to do it today cuz I was a bit busy. Managed to do it anyways 😄
Day 9: i did it but I feel hungry
Day 10: four more days lefttt
Day 11: so i feel tired but energetic at the same time. I did it whule thinking abt something else so it felt like it passed rlly fast
Day 12: 2 more daysss
Day 13: idk if it's because I did this after I ate or because of something else but I barely felt tired or sweating today
Day 14: last day. I gonna move on to another exercise. Preferably a harder one

Ive been doing your 5 minute ab/ 11 line exercises for 3 weeks and its great. I switch between the different videos when it starts becoming too easy and ive really noticed a difference!

Doing This 2 times a Day for maybe 14 days or until i see results
Day 1-✅

Day 5-✅ begining to see some diffrents and it burned so much
Day 6-✅still see some results but im not on a diet
Day 7-✅i Will begin to not eat suger or something with many calories in 7 days
Day 8-✅begining to see results more and more but i Think after the 14 days i Will continue This and give you guys an Update when i see a glat stomach❤️

I used to workout with Lilly all the time. I loved her energy, encouragement, and how she made every workout fun. I used the Lean app for a while too. I sometimes go over to the Youtube videos just to get a quick burn after my main workout and usually it's great. There's a bit of a plug at the beginning, but whatever! You can just skip it and get to the workout. I was incredibly disheartened that there was a plug DURING my workout. The exercises switched, but I didn't realize that because the workout was shrunken and placed in the corner of the screen. It also just made it harder to focus on the muscles being worked because I was no longer thinking about my workout, but the plug. I love Lilly and I'm glad her community has grown so much since I was first here, but to have a plug at the beginning AND DURING my workout was incredibly disappointing.Other than that it was a FIRE <3

Doing this for one month!!
Day one- ✅ Done!! I weigh 125 lbs and I am trying to get to 115 lbs and also I am not eating from 7pm-12am (intermitted fasting)

I love this! It really burns a lot and IT'S ONLY FIVE MINUTES so I wouldn't give myself any excuses to quit midway. I'm confident to stay consistent with this

I will do this for a week along with one other workout and give updates every day!
Day 1: I really like it and enjoy doing it! It was kindaa hard tho, but I feel like this will give some good results.
