I'm a 71 year old fitness nut and recently broke my foot. I love your workouts, but I have to do no plank abs routines to avoid pressure on my ankle. This is one of the best ab workouts I've tried since the injury. Keep up the great work!

i've been doing this video for a few weeks now, it burns enough without being too much! i love that this has no planks, my poor wrists cant handle those at all! thank you for making my abs stronger :)

Best Abs workout I ever did on YouTube!! Abs are really not my favourite, but this 10 min at this awesome beach, with really nice selection of exercises and the motivating style, work perfect for me. Kind regards from Germany

Thank you for releasing amazing daily workouts that are wrist friendly, I've been able to control my weight even though I'm still recovering from Carpal Tunnel :) If you want an idea for a future video I would really appreciate a workout for improving posture that's also wrist friendly.

I loathe ab exercises which, probably, means it's exactly what I need to be embracing. Thank you for this workout! I actually did it happily! Your 30 minute HIIT with Dumbbells has been a staple for a few months now. I'll return to this frequently, as well.

I knew that when I pushed play, that this was going to be an awesome ab/core burn out 🔥 💫 and it lived up to my expectations!!! What a fantastic workout!!! Added this on to a cardio workout and BAM 💥 Loved it!!!
