Welcome to Day 6 of the challenge! How are you all feeling?

Today, I want you to almost have a rest day. As this is a 30 Day Challenge, I wanted to still upload a video, of course, but as this is a day for you to wind, you will be doing a Stretching Routine at home. We will be relaxing through this entire workout and stretching those muscles to really help lengthen them.

Follow along, breath and enjoy your time, dedicated to yourself.

This one was so good! I'm having loads of muscle pains because I wasn't used to this much workout, but with this stretching most of the pain was gone! MIRACLE! Plus it's super good to relax but I was interrupted while doing, so I didn't get to relax enough! I surely am doing this one again someday! Oh and my balance sucks so this is good to train balance!


I'm grateful for:
- Having a balcony with an amazing view to the city
- Having food on my table
- Having a computer and a smartphone

If I don’t do some kind of workout everyday I find I lose motivation which means for me no rest days. Idk why I never thought to add in a stretch day so I get that “doing SOMETHING” feel but also letting my muscles relax a bit.

the music is always on point with every workout, she's the only channel i have found that actually seems to care about the music in each video...so far all of them have given me energy and motivation to keep going

This was so great to alleviate my stress levels. This lockdown has left me doing the hardest thing of advising employees of who can and cannot return to work as our lockdown has been phasely lifted.
My heart has been so sore for them.
This workout really lifted the stress on me and made me feel calmer and relaxed.

OMG this is perfect after a HIIT workout. I sweated like crazy yesterday but today, i'll feel more relaxed. I'm currently trying to get my splits back. I used to do rythmic gymnastics for 6 years & I started at the age of 6; i remember I was extremely flexible but that took a lot of time. So those exercises will definitely help me get into splits faster and i will make sure to include these in my daily routine. Thank you so much!!! 💖💖

Thank you so much for this Holly. I recently had a miscarriage in January and i was in such good shape. 6 pack barely any body fat, but after my miscarriage i lost motivation, picked up weight and didnt exercise. Beginning of April i pulled myself out of that mind set and started off doing 3 of your cardio work outs 4 days a week to get my body use to it again.

I have started this 30 day challenge now for May and im feeling positive and happy.
Exercise is my stress felief and i can feel im much more relaxed.

I am very grateful for my family, my job, and life. I have decided to be better to myself to help teach my kids to take care of their body. You have been a huge help to keep me going each day with your work outs. I have been doing 2 work outs of yours day. I have also been stretching each morning. It is really helping me to stay positive during such a depressing time

My period came today and I got really bad cramps, so this came on the perfect day :)

The entire time my dog watched me and when holly said be calm in the end she came and kissed me and sat on my lap and listened holly while she did her outroooo🥺🥰

Very nice! Did this after doing 45 minutes of weight fitness for arms and legs plus steep mountain walking and it was the perfect ending to my day. Thank you, Holly! Three things for which I’m grateful today... the warmer sun today on those mountain paths; the fresh green growth and wildflowers surrounding me on the walk; and the birdsong all around me from early morning on rooftops from home, then again on those mountain paths.
