Chest press 4. Chair dips 5. Shoulder butterflies 6. Shoulder press. Repeat each exercise 12× 3 sets to strengthen and tone your arms.

I find the speed that you're doing things exceeds my abilities. Specifically, the ankle rotations. I'm lucky if I can do three to your 10 it would be encouraging for you to acknowledge the speed Factor given that Parkinson's can be bradykinesia I'm very encouraged by your commitment to improving people's lives who suffer from these debilitating conditions.
