Well, you had me at ‘Hi everybody…..”.
81 year old male, almost 81/2 months out of a triple bypass. Really appreciate the critical need for including some focus on strength and balance, as well as cardio. Ideally searching for a 30-40 minute beginner’s version of this one. But confident one exists in your remarkable repertoire.

Loved the music, especially the primal voices and rhythms.

This was a balance challenge extreme for me. It will be a challenge to keep trying to get that balance improved for more than 6 - 8 seconds. I added it on to your 70s Dance Cardio. Once more my husband was singing along. 😊
