One-Hour NO-REPEAT Super Workout (HIIT, Barre, Yoga, Boxing, and MORE!)

here's to 100 thousand workout pals!

to celebrate, i made you this ONE-HOUR, NO-REPEAT (!) workout that combines all of my favorite kind of workouts. we'll warm up (stretches + jump rope), do some HIIT (that'll boost our calorie burn throughout the rest of the workout), move on to toning and elongating our muscles with a barre set, get our heart rates back up with some cardio boxing, do some strength training (especially a final ab push!) with some light weights, and then cool down with some yoga poses and stretching.

this workout is long, but it never repeats and it makes me feel so good! hope you like it! thanks for subscribing 😅

i've included text in the top left corner that'll let you know what part of the workout we're currently on. if you want to jump to a specific portion of this workout, here are the time codes for those:

Your videos are so calm and I love the fact that modified versions of excercises are included (I’m working out in my apartment so I can’t really jump and make noise so I always choose easier version). Completed your 30 day workout. I did skip 2-3 days in the process 🤣. But overall it was great to just switch it on daily and follow through . Thank you for all the videos

This workout was AWESOME . I went hoping to burn at least 350 calories and I burned 530 instead. Extremely satisfied!
