One-Hour NO-REPEAT Super Workout (HIIT, Barre, Yoga, Boxing, and MORE!)

here's to 100 thousand workout pals!
to celebrate, i made you this ONE-HOUR, NO-REPEAT (!) workout that combines all of my favorite kind of workouts. we'll warm up (stretches + jump rope), do some HIIT (that'll boost our calorie burn throughout the rest of the workout), move on to toning and elongating our muscles with a barre set, get our heart rates back up with some cardio boxing, do some strength training (especially a final ab push!) with some light weights, and then cool down with some yoga poses and stretching.
this workout is long, but it never repeats and it makes me feel so good! hope you like it! thanks for subscribing 😅
