The next 60(ish) minutes are going to be intense! Get ready for todays 1 hour No Repeats Workout!. Three different full body circuits using dumbbells for resistance. No repeats means you will only complete each exercise one time so make each exercise count! Remember to work at your own pace and do YOUR best. Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used 5, 10 & 15lb sets
A yoga block, bench or box for split lunges

That was one of my favourites of this month! I know it’s not accurate but 575 calories burnt on my Fitbit which shows this is a good one 👏🏻

As a fitness instructor (not currently teaching), I love selecting one of your great workouts so I dont have to think about anything, just do it. I often make the mistake about 20%of the way into your workouts thinking “this one is easy and will think I need to tack something on at the end”. Let’s just say that rarely has to happen! 😂.
