Ready for one hour hitting the entire body? Quads, hamstrings, glutes, back, chest, shoulders, arms and core using dumbbells & bodyweight compound and isolation exercises to make you work really hard!

For this 1 hour full body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat and a chair!

The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each!

You will notice the body exercises will be just as, if not more challenging in a different way!

Remember 3 minutes is quite a length of time so it is important you know when to pause and reset to remain great form!

"Think how lucky you are to do these movements" I love that, it's so true. Whenever I have a choice between the stairs or the elevator, I take the stairs. I think how lucky I am to be able to walk up steps, to feel my muscles working, to Feel my heart pounding. I've been this way for many years. Our bodies are so amazing. Thank you.

Hi everyone!! I'm 63 years old and was just wondering how many of you are over 60? I take breaks when needed, but can do way more than I ever thought I could! Don't let what you can't do get in the way of what you can!! Thanks Carolyn....you are wonderful!!

My strategy is to not think about the overall time, but to focus on pouring everything into smashing each set I am on, rest for 30 seconds, repeat.

Ok, this one was tough, but doable... almost.
The kneel to squat complexes killed me and I had to pause A LOT 🤷‍♀️. The burn is so intense.
The Bulgarians complexes were 3 min bulgarians with a minibreak in there somewhere 😅.
I also FINALLY got the technique right with the sit-ups 😁✌️.

To reply to Paula's question regarding .. I am indeed over 60, actually 69 and I love Caroline's workouts. I've always been strong and in good shape. My goal is to keep at it as long as possible. Good luck to all Caroline's fans.

It seems like a long time since we did a Friday one hour full body workout so I’m feeling both excited and quite nostalgic to do this! I’m really looking forward to it! Have a great workout everyone and a lovely weekend afterwards! Matthew
PS Tomorrow Rachel and I are going to stay in Rhossili, South Wales for a week...it has a very beautiful beach...you should look it up! Rachel was born and brought up near there. But the place we are staying has no WiFi and the mobile signal is very patchy! So please don’t worry if you don’t hear much from me for a while! I shall try to find a way to do HIIT on Sunday and keep up with any other workouts posted! Matthew
