Dynamic Warm-Up: What? Why? How?

Hi everyone! As we start to refigure a new "normal" life post three months of quarantine, I want to make sure to provide as many helpful videos and tips to get back to health and fitness in a safe and effective way!

Whether you are a newbie starting physical activity or a vet returning to the gym, it's VERY important that you prep your body for exercise. Now I know what some of you are thinking. Movement before movement? EXACTLY! It's called a Dynamic Warm-Up. It is SO important to create blood flow, lengthen muscles and prep our nervous system before we start to workout in order to prevent injury and engage in optimal movement.

I was super fortunate to have Sports Rehabilitation Therapist, Jaycee Cabrito, take us through a Dynamic Warm-Up. Jaycee takes us step-by-step through five movements that will lengthen, activate and ultimately get our bodies primed for a great workout. So check it out! Really nice infos 🔥💪🏽 but i have a question about the last exercise where you were laying on your stomach and lifting your arms and legs up. My disability allows me to do that with only one leg, the left leg has no life at all (if that make sense) what is the best thing to in this case? (I hope my question is clear 🤞🏾my English isn’t perfect😅)
