Thank you so much for this, Mike. It's really nice to see you again in your new home. I enjoyed this video a lot although felt a little achy not having exercised properly in awhile because of very hot and humid weather in our neck of the woods. I love the stretching videos. I could really feel the stretches in my hips...tells me I need to do them more often. Thanks for creating these shorter videos.

It helped me today because yesterday I hurt my lower back lifting a bag of compost. My muscle went into a spasm. I did a gentle walk this morning with my dog and then I wanted to do some stretches so decided to try the Dynamic stretches intermediate to begin and even though it was just 10 minutes it made me feel better. I will continue throughout the day doing a few more short stretches as and when needed. Thank you for all of your classes, they’re very good.
