I will check into this intermittent fasting Dr. Mandell, everything you recommend us WORKS! For example, I had tinnitus in my right ear from mid-july until mid january of this year and doing your exercises for the ears helped eliminate the tinnitus! Thanks a million Dr. Mandell, you ROCK! :)

I have been eating at 12pm and I stop eating at 8pm, I have noticed that my acne has really calmed down and also I am no longer as bloated as I used to be

I fast 18 hours every day. Got 6 hours to eat 1 or 2 meals, no snacks… keto. I have become a super human, physically, mentally and spiritually.

I do sixteen hour intermitted fast 5to6 times during the week. I eat mostly protein and I walk a lot. I've been doing this 4 months now. I have lost so much weight and I don't get hungry that much. I get satisfied very easily. It's Incredible. thanks doctor .

I’ve been doing on and off, it’s great . I found out if I eat carbs when breaking my fast I can develop a bigger belly . So I’ve been sticking to fruits and veggies . Great results !

My Dr and Cardio Nurse are happy for me to continue with my 16:8 IF following a CA and Triple ❤ bypass & head injury.
I take my morning meds when I break my fast around noon, after my walk.

I had my Cardio rehab physio assessment yesterday ( 4.5 months post op ) and they were surprised at how quickly / well my ❤ recovered after the treadmill exercise.
Mind you, after starting to walk 100 metres 6 weeks post op, I'm now walking 5+ ( 8km) nearly every day. 😊

I've been doing intermittent fasting for 9 months now. I've lost my weight goal of 25lbs at around 3 month mark. I am off all my medications and I have so much energy. I do a 6hr eating window from 11am- 5pm 5 days a week then eat in moderation the other two days. I usually eat heavy carbs on those two days.🥯🌭🍔🌮🍟, Lol.

prefers to eat (and not eat)..Dinner is over by 6 pm, then no more food...breakfast at noon the following day...when I'm finally hungry again.

Been doing IF for at least 2 yrs and have dropped 100 lbs it helped alot, ive tried every diet before this method or lifestyle whatever you want to call it, either way it works, now i do OMAD at least 5 days a week and do the 16-8 fasts on the weekend
