Protein is great but not everything. Carbs are key its like 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% sugar, fruit, whatever. Keep up the inspirational work man!👏🏼💯

Are carbs good or bad for cutting? And so how do I identify which ones are good and bad? I eat around 80-138g of carbs with 90-145g protein and 1400 cals. Is this good? Or should I reduce the carb intake. I’m 5’4 and 120 lbs btw
