Weight lifting for women at home! Join me for this 30 minute full body dumbbell workout. Strengthen and sculpt the total body, lifting weights at home. Low impact means no jumping or fast movements during this weight training workout.

Warm Up

ONE
1. Sumo deadlift 55lb/25kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Bent arm side lateral raise 15lb/6.5kg

TWO
1. Goblet squat 55lb/25kg
2. Dumbbell pullover 30lb/14kg (bench or from floor)

THREE
1. Alternating cross body hammer curl 17.5lb/8kg
2. Skiers 17.5lb/8kg
3. Bird dog (bodyweight)

Cool down stretch

Complete three LIFT WITH CEE full body workouts each week.
You can either:
- Repeat this video 3x/week for a 4-8 week training block (called a mesocycle)
- Pick a different video 3x/week from a 30 min or 40 min workout playlist

Build muscle by consistently increasing the challenge, forcing your body to adapt and grow. When you’re familiar with a workout routine it’s easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle, add in an extra rep and know when it’s time to increase your dumbbell weight!

I love it when it doesn't go over 30 min. Mornings are really busy and when workouts are over 30 miin I have to rush over rest between sets to get it done faster. Keep it up! Amazing workout! Thank you so much!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last April, and went through 16 cycles of chemo, two surgeries, and radiation treatments. A year ago, I was a fit 56-year old, and at my ideal weight. Now I find myself 45 pounds heavier, and very out of shape! I have been frustrated by the weight gain, and the fatigue which has kept me from doing the exercise I used to enjoy. I have been looking for a way to gently begin an active lifestyle again, and I am encouraged and inspired by your videos! I too love to weight lift, so your format and style are a great fit for me. I just finished my first 30-minute workout, and am thrilled that I made it through! Please continue to make videos — I don’t care how long they are — I plan on continuing to follow you!

Of all the daily week formats, I think this one is the best.

1. Music is instrumentally positive (no words). Nice volume.
2. Workout is in 3 quick sets.
3. No mic.

This one pushes you hard - but feels good!

Thanks for doing what you do Cee. You are single-handedly getting people (like me) more fit & fabulous at 40+!

At nearly 60, these workouts are safe, organized, well timed, full bodied and FABULOUS! I have a workout partner that I do this with at the gym. Thank you Cheryl for giving us a new direction. A LOT more body friendly, age appropriate, and result driven than what we were doing. I truly appreciate the effort you go to for this community

Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2924, Day 1. I really appreciate this community, and being able to post here helps keep me accountable. My knees are doing better. Jumping rope was a definite no. I finally realized if my knees hurt, I can either do substitute leg exercises, or I can do the exercise with body weight only or very light weights, and I can go slow and focus on the mind-body connection. In other words, all is not lost, and something is better than nothing.

I'm 65 and so far I've completed 10 weeks of the 5 day program and 10 weeks of the upper and lower splits. I moved on to three 3×30. This is my third week and this is my favorite program!!
I'm gaining strength, muscle, and stamina. I can't thank you enough. You're amazing!!

Hi Cee. I have been following you and doing your workouts on and off since spring. I got back to them maybe a month or two ago and enjoying the 30 min workouts with the added core exercises. I have been also doing a new workout every time I trained just because I wanted to catch up. Now that I did, I will turn to doing the same workout 3x a week. With todays workout I realised that I can do the cross body hammer with the 8kg dumbbells. Something that I had avoided doing since early spring due to elbow pain. I was very excited to realise that my elbows did not feel the increased weight, but my upper arms did! 😂 Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into your workouts and your community. ❤👏🏻💪🏻
