I want to add something. If you don't find someone trustworthy to open your heart then you can just stand infront of the mirror & open your heart to yourself. This works too!

After a long period of going through emotional and mental turmoil and pain...I now finally have my peace of mind ...I was so suffocating in my life journey that my mental health got very affected but with the grace of god I found my peace in sharing whatever I felt or whatever I used to go through with my Mother...she too shared her thoughts and views and guided me into a balanced life. whenever i feel frustrated i became upset i open u tube, scroll home page and automatically i find your video which is related to my problem and it gives me strength positivity courage..it influence me and unknowingly i find the solution of my problem at last..u r my motivator..

Daily detox : no meat / no alcohol / no drugs / no negative thoughts / daily prayer / meditation atleast 10-15 mins / visiting holy places / company of good souls !!!

I've been delaying confronting my problems for days now but this morning I woke up and realize that it's tearing me down. The heaviness it feels tires me out. I've been so lazy and out of focus. I can't do any homework or study. I can't even do my side hustle. All I do is read and read and read (my escape) but it really affects my sleep now. Meditation is what I'm actually looking for but this is what is shows. Thank you for words of wisdom. Will really my day getting off this heavy feeling by writing it down, meditate and workout.

The negative emotions need to be detoxified immediately and regularly.

They affect our meaningful purpose of life, mental health, relationship & general behavior. Consequently, we start taking in more negative emotions because of lack of discrimination.

As a meditation beginner, I can control my emotions; trust me, such videos have brought a lot of patience in me. Have endured a toxic man to the extent that he started abusing my family and started shaking his ill tongue for my family. Decided to leave that place with my 2.5-year-old daughter. I was thinking about how can I fix that relationship, but now I think about how I can make the future of my daughter more and more secure and full of my energy to make her happy in all aspects. I used to weep with a very thin statement; now, your books and video have made me emotionally strong. Be with people like us. Keep enlightening us. You guide us to think beyond the past and love your present. I don't feel like listening to an old thought or old book monk but feel like old thought but new implementation with today's era problem. The best part that happened with me is: before I dwelled on stress, I caught you at the right time. Thank you for such videos. 🙏🏼

I needed this thought.The way you preach these thoughts, it leaves impression on our heart and souls. I watched all your videos during my high risk pregnancy.i was frightened and depressed all time. U said damn correct !the last point spiritual practice aur mne spiritual practice mein hi mera 2nd point bhi complete ho gya i mean.... before july and august 2022 i was not a type of spiritual person even mera mnn tkk ni krta tha pooja bgera krne ka na pooja krne ka na kbhi bhgwan ke pass hone ki feelings mehsoos hoti thi ...but ek incident ke bad bhgwan ke m andhvishwas ko bhi manne lgi then spirituality ne hi mujhe andhvishwas se bbi dur kiya mere hanuman bhaiya ne hi mujhe literally unn ssb chizzo se bchaya i mean m express bhi ni krr skti august se phle m kaisi thi aur abb ksi hu bhot jyada difference aa chuke h mere andr.... m aab jyada logo ko trustworthy ni manti hu to hanuman bhaiya ke samne hi share krti hu jo krna ho aur bhot light feel hota h uske bad ...I can feel him wo meri hmesha help krte h jbb jbbb m hoti hu danger mein phle mne unko manna start kiya tha apne swarth ke liye but aab niswarth bhav se manti hu bhaiya ko dil se apna bda bhai mana hai maine ....in my opinion agr aap sirf spiritual practice bhi krtr ho na u can detoxify yourself ❤️
