Good, but i suggest to first practice on diamond push ups on your knees before advancing to full extended legs diamond push ups.
Once u do 20 of theese on your knees, then u can go further on full legs.
By the way, good video as usual!

I was shocked when I couldn't do more than 8 diamonds without collapsing especially when I rep 60 with a moderate width. That thumb correction was like night and day difference for me.

Ahhh!! It was my thumb placement all along. I kept regressing to knee diamond pushups, but the change of thumbs did a world of difference

Nice. I always found it difficulty to transition from doing normal push ups to doing diamond push ups. I guess no i have a better chance at it. Thanks for the video 💪

Good vid.... I would've put Diamond Pushups oN knees, before doing the full ones though, as it's mainly for beginners and many may not have the strength to jump straight to fulls

Calling them diamond push ups is misleading, they should be called Triangle Push Ups

Influencers talking shit like you can do 10 pushups then you can do 1 diamond pushup. Na bruh. I can do 12 controlled slow pushups and i still cant do a diamond pushup. And thank you sir

Another variation is the arrowhead pushup ( in this position the elbows are much closer to the body ) How is that different from the triangle positioned pushup?
