Everybody who don't understand diamond pushups can be uncomfortable to for some people because then have wrist pain so close pushups are better and close grip push are when your hands are close to each other but no diamond shape! But you can still do diamond push up if your wrist is mobile if you lack wrist internal mobility you will have wrist pain doing diamond pushups since you have turned your hands inwards!

If you have wrist pain, reduce your time playing PC on a mouse, reduce time scrolling your phone, be more active, train your grip such as farmers walk or any household activities. The wrist pain is a sign of an unhealthy joint, not a given.

i do these with fist closed and thumbs out slightly. resolves all wrist problems.

Nahhh just do 500 diamonds push ups a day until you get use to the pain and then your chest will really grow 😉
