i didnt feel any weakness in the core area it was super easy i felt it more on shoulders and quads

This is not a core workout this is a quad workout I did not feel anything on my abs

I closed my eyes after 10 seconds. When I opened it, it was at 1 minute 20. Needless to say, I was happy I was able to do it.

I got this on the first try, but it was tough.
it's not a core test though. more like arm strength. i didn't feel the core up until the end. but you do feel the arms.

the only place I felt much pain is shoulder...
but Did it for 125 seconds.

I just did it. I did 90 seconds, but it is deceiving! It hit my quads more than anything I think! It was slightly more difficult than I thought. Love it... Thank you!

First attempt 100 sec (can hold it for 2 min ) but my quads🤢🤢

1min 20secs. If I didnt wake and bake, stretched and didnt just randomly jump out of bed to try this I think I wouldve hit the 1min 30seconds lol good challenge tho🎉

Man, coach's body is the body I want.
Is 90 seconds bare minimum? If you can hold (just barely) for 90 seconds, you are the average person? Or is it above average?
As a person who plays basketball, how many seconds do you think I should aim for, coach?

Wow this was much much harder than it looked... I'm so weak :( I made it about 5-10 seconds without shaking and then after 35 seconds I just couldn't hold it anymore (my legs felt on fire and my wrist was starting to hurt a lil). I wanna be able to do stuff like this, do you have any recommendations for starting to strengthen up so I can work up to being able to do something like this comfortably?
