El problema se presenta, cuando tienes piernas largas y por muchos "trucos " que aplicas, no llegas al suelo con las manos 🥴 No hay otra, que doblar las piernas 🤗

Question: if I do the more accessible version how do I improve or get to the more advance asana? I try to only do the more advanced version because I believe that will improve my flexibility. Am I wrong?

1. It’s the body type for which the back may look rounded though they follow through the alignment techniques you are talking about
2. Very importantly, the subtle aspect of the asana will be lost by bending the knees to the extent you are suggesting, because Mooladhara bandha won’t be created. You seem to be focusing only on the physical aspects of yoga for commercial purposes
3. Students need to be encouraged to keep the knees straight because this helps stretch their hamstrings which is an important stretch of this yoga posture
