I’m gonna tell u how to get shredded if u want to know read the whole thing
So first u have to bulk up and then cut to bulk u have to go on a calorie surplus and to cut or lose fat go on a calorie deficit
Needed stuff
Eat 1g of protein per body weight
Drink 3-4 gallons of water a day
Sleep 8-9 hours a day
Note that it’s 80-20 which means 80% diet 20%workouts so maintain that
For the excersise just to a ppl push pull and legs
Push is chest shoulders and triceps
Pull is biceps and back
Legs is legs and add abs
Note u cant spot reduce fat so if u have a lot of fat on ur stomach doing abs won’t help.
Do push on Monday and Thursday
Pull on Tuesday and Thursday
Legs and abs on wed and sat
Or u can do 3 times a week
Do progressive overload research abt that
Note that this won’t happen in a week or two it can take a long time so stay strong kings

My equipment: Resistance Bands

My workout:
Squats
Bent Over Row (with bands)
Push Up
Lying Leg Raise

Just did the same thing but as days goes on, I will try to improve by either improving the form, focus on eccentric, etc.

My meals at home:

Most of the time, it consists of Jasmine Rice, 1 protein dish (chicken/fish/beef/eggs), 1 veg dish.

That's my way, and I keep things really simple.
