this is absolutely peak advice but make sure you also stretch and work on mobility in that time. i was so small for my frame that once i put on a little muscle i couldn't move my arms right since i was filling out and i had so much tightness from bad posture.

3-4 years is crazyyy I’ve been going for 6 months & I feel like by the end of the year I’m gonna have a good enough base to cut & be aesthetic, been bulking since I started though & go 5x a week doing high intensity training

For me, weighted calisthenics are a game changer. For the first around 9 months of my fitness journey, I progressed with a limited number of weights and resistance bands, and no matter how hard I trained my chest and tris, I couldn't pull off a one arm push-up. But, I got more weights, and after a month of weighted calisthenics, (push-ups and pull-ups) I was able to do two one arm push-ups in a row and ans when I do explosive pull-ups, my forearm lines up with the bar. I feel like if I had an open pull-up bar instead of the doorframe ones I might be able to do a muscle up.

Moral lf the story, if you're a calisthenics athlete, do them weighted

Damn, build your base, got the secret now, see you guys in 3 to 4 years, also I seriously doubt him and all these so called "calisthenics" enthusiasts built that much muscle from only doing body weight exercises, its a really boring way to work out and very difficult to keep progressing
