And that's why Alex Eubank has the most aesthetic physique.

The hardest part about bodybuilding is skipping the deadlift, squat and bench. Def gotta be my favorite movements.

Not obsessing over the big 3 is by far and away the most underrated advice for beginners. Squats are probably the most valuable of those lifts but there are far too many people who look like absolutely nothing putting up big numbers on those 3 lifts because they technique the hell out of them then exhaustedly go do some “accessory” work after 12 sets on the bench press.

And that's why Leon Edwards is the sexiest human to grace the earth.

Alex actually has one of my favorite physiques. You can tell by his proportions he's natty, and he's like sooo close to the line of being too big to be aesthetic but he's on the right end of it. Massive props man, thank you from all of us for fighting through what you have fought through.

Yep, I agree as these is not necessary to inculcate in your workout if your aim is Aesthetics. As Alex said look for "Hypertrophy" that's what you do through Isolations, yeah using the compound lifts will satiate your ich for strength but if your purpose is to look Aesthetic so efficiently training for what u seek is both time and energy saving.

I focus on squat bench deadlift and I look better than 99% of the population. Plus I get to look impressive while outlifting everyone else in gym

You can be aesthetic and still hit the big compounds, yes you can shape a physique very well with more body building focused lifts but the compound will build that size and density that will give you better cuts in the long run

I think that the SBD is actually really good for muscle growth too. It allows the most amount of load/weight on your muscles. Making them work harder. I’ve also noticed that especially for beginners, training at least squat and bench, they’re more motivated to go to the gym to see those numbers go up. Like. No one goes to the gym to be like “oh yea I chest fly 180 for 10” like. Depends on the individual, but for me, I would’ve stopped going to the gym a long time ago if I didn’t do SBD. They’re the only thing I have fun doing
