Push Day:
Incline bench press 4x6-8
Overhead shoulder press 4x6-8
Dumbbell lateral raises 4x8-12
Chest flies 4x8-12

Pull day:
Pullups 4x6-8
Bent over rows 4x6-8
Lat pushdowns 4x8-12
Bicep curls 4x8-12

Leg day:
Squats 4x6-8
Deadlifts 4x6-8

we need more gym teachers like this, none of those complicated theories or overspecific exercises, and he also gets straight to the point, I started a month and a half ago thanks to a friend and i also hope to feel better about myself everyday through getting a nice bod. I'm 5 months into my fitness journey & everything you said in this video is exactly what I'm doing. So to anyone who is starting off & needs advice, this video is literally all you need. Just make sure you also get 7-8 hours of sleep, track your weight weekly (every Sunday), take progress pics & if you can, I encourage you to learn how to meal prep so you just grab your meal & go. You got this just stay consistent & I promise you will see progress in just 5 months.

Perfect video to watch if you're a beginner with an aesteic goal in mind. Nothing was confusing and no big gym words were used. Anyone with no gym knowledge can watch this video and instantly begin. I spent weeks understanding all this when I first started. Great Video! Keep the factually simplistic style.

I would say that one thing to consider too if you aren’t too heavily invested into bodybuilding, but just want to keep in shape is just to keep it simple. Doing pushups, situps, runs, etc. and cutting back here and there on food intake is a very good idea. These are things you can do by yourself, without equipment, that can actually make a huge difference in your health. These can really help anyone too, even those who go to the gym often.

This is so damn well explained and on to the point. I will definitely give this a go since it’s a bit of a calisthenics and weight lifting combinations. This is probably the best video I've seen aimed at beginners/normal people who just want to go the gym and get fit. No nonsense, no pseudo-science, no really specific training regimes or diets. Just hard facts and advice on what has worked for you. GOAT video IMO.

Thanks for the advice bro I've been hitting the gym for 3 months in the military and this is exactly what I needed to hear, I've focused too much on chest and shoulders thinking only front aesthetic matters but now I'll be building a wider back I'm coming back to this comment to let you know when I reach my fitness goal

Dude you just summed up in 7 minutes what most fitness influencers take multiple 15 minute long videos to explain.

Not naming names, but some of my favorite natty lifters on YT can be very long winded.
