Recipe:
1 cup Pureed Pumpkin
1 Banana (frozen)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsps Ginger
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Mix until creamy in a blender.

Great recipe, I love the taste of pumpkin and this looks delicious but unfortunately pumpkins are impossible to find while out of season (at least where I live ). I know there’s always the canned option but I’m not a fan of canned foods. I guess the best thing to do when the pumpkin season comes is to make lots of purée and freeze it . Thanks so much for sharing . Now I’m craving for this 😬
