At higher heats, you can use avocado oil to help fight more inflammation too! Let me know if you have given it a try!

"Not Skittles!" Ha! Ya killin' me. You are my new PT crush. I admire the way you freely distribute these gifts to those of us whose suffering motivated us to find out what to do. This video is an exception to your simple, straightforward style. Really, the most detailed "How to cook eggs" ever. :-) ❤

If you're having a rough morning, chopping can be hard. I keep bags of frozen peppers and onions, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach. Put them in a pan with a little water to steam then add EVOO and eggs. Great to keep around the house if you can't get out, too!

I was dx with arthritis in my ribs in my mid-20's - told to take aspirin till it didn't work anymore, then I'd need cortisone, oh and stop all my horse activity. That last bit triggered my "no way"!! I began studying nutrition with Adele Davis and over my lifetime experimented with various low carb plans, exercise styles, and fasting routines. Began jogging in my 30's, kept riding even more. I'm pain-free at 77, still jogging, doing calesthenics, helping hubby clear forest acreage and remodel a 4bd home, and not only still riding but also just last year took over trimming my horse's hooves! 💪 I practice 2MAD and eat 95% whole food carnivore, include coffee, plant items for seasoning, and stevia-sweetened chocolate.

If one wants to reduce lectins in peppers, you can boil, steam or heat them in a pan and that will neutralize the lectins. It looks like her induction fry pan is in good condition as well and probably has no PFAS. Looks good to me. Bon Appetit!

I love red peppers and tomaties. I have OA and tyoe 2 diabetes. Peppers and tomatoes lower my blood sugar. I have read there isnt enough research that nightshade veg reduce arthritic pain. Nutrition is complex. I thank the PT for introducing easy practical ways of inc vegtebles.

There are little packages of fresh super veggies usually in the packaged salad section of the grocery store. They make it easy to do this if you have trouble chopping. They make great omelets. ❤️👵

I char a Hatch green chile. Then I peel the chile, and rinse. I put a slit and remove seeds. Then I add shredded cheese inside. I scramble 2 eggs with a little salt. Pour into my frying pan that has olive oil or a pat of butter. When it begins to set I place my chile in the center of my eggs. I then fold one side toward the chile then the other side. It will look like a burrito. It taste like a chile relleno but not as fattening. 😋

Great breakfast idea thanks! - but consider getting rid of Teflon coated pans and Teflon/plastic utensils for stainless steel pan and utensils!

You can sprinkle some turmeric into the oil to increase the anti-inflammatory effects.

After reading lots of comments it shows we can’t all eat the same food groups. I’m on an elimination diet to try and find my triggers and I’ve certainly found them. Functional medicine is transforming my life !

I recently found your videos on arthritis with knees and hips. Now, seeing this about anti-inflammatory foods….you are a blessing. My childhood into my mid-40s I regularly played tennis, rode horses, skied and studied modern dance. All that came to a halt when I tore an ACL in 1998 and the other in 2004. I had reconstruction on one, but the PT was so horrendous I chose not to for the other. I’m 68 now and had a successful left total hip replacement 6 years ago, but my knees are starting to feel dodgy. I can no longer bound up the stairs and descending takes time (the hip is great). Your videos and exercise demos give me hope I can get back to some normalcy and hopefully put off knee surgery, as that PT is straight out of Hades and I want to avoid it as long as I can. You are a PT Angel🙏🏽❤️

My Dad suffers debilitating RA, and it breaks me to see the strong hero of my youth reduced to the frail caricature of the man I grew up emulating in so many respects.

So, thank you for your service ma'am.
What you're doing is commendable and I think there should be more Dr.'s like you in the world.

I am familiarizing myself with the dietary aspects of RA relief and your videos have been irreplaceable thus far .

Bless you.

I do veggies and eggs seasoned with turmeric, garlic, and pepper. I add medium to hot salsa to my scramble for more flavor.
