Got #midbackpain over 6 months? Try shockwave therapy in Denville, NJ!

Показать описание
When you want to fix chronic mid back pain, it’s not as simple as saying: “Treat here.”
If it were, massage therapists would fix everyone.
You need to create MAXIMUM TENSION on the muscle.
Sometimes that means using 2 assistants.
1 assistant locks the knees in so he doesn’t lose thoracic rotation.
The other assistant keeps him laterally flexed and rotated without Flexion so the doctor could treat the deeper stabilizing muscles of the very hard to treat thoracic spine without the superficial erectors pulling tight.
If we are doing it right, we will feel the stoppage (yes that’s a medical term LOL) at the end range loosen, then the assistants will take up the slack to keep the muscles with adhesion in them at end range.
That’s the only way the shockwave machine works.
Otherwise, it pulses on flaccid muscle.
Before we leave you, an honest truth.
This patient is 0% better in his T-spine after 15ish visits, on-and-off for months.
It’s embarrassing for us to post a video of someone we haven’t helped, but the video allowed us to make a point that we haven’t made before.
This patient D was gracious enough for us to post despite his lack of relief.
We share, walking the tight balance of integrity & helpful info for someone who is suffering.
Truth is, there are many variables holding us back from permanent relief with him & the jury is still out whether we will be able to help or not.
Mid back pain is one of the hardest body regions to fix, especially when a disc is herniated. With the ribs attached, it has to transmit a lot of force.
@barefootrehab we aren’t magicians. We’re just pretty good at fixing this adhesion stuff when your pain is chronic and you want it to go away.
🙏🏼 Appreciate you D.
❤️Wishing you permanent relief in your future.
