I needed this, I'm going through a fast but I've also been a month off the gym. The weakness I feel from fasting as well as being out of the gym makes it hard to even imagine doing my usual routine, so you're right that I have to start small, likely even smaller than what you're recommending. I watch a lot of YouTube fitness content and I will tell you man. The advice you give is some of the best out there if not the best because it's realistic for people and it's not extremist you even adapt your advice to fit specific situations. You know a lot of YouTube fitness people there like or if you don't spend 4 hours in the gym everyday. You're a loser and you're weak and pathetic. These guys have no jobs. They have no families. They literally have nothing but all day train and to cook and stuff and then you have the other people. The nutritional people that food is just a biological necessity. It doesn't need to taste good and you shouldn't enjoy it. Enjoy your life is for the week and those people are crazy too. So thank you for all that you're doing. You're bringing balance into the extreme fitness world
