if you really want a body like kpop idols:
HIIT workouts
7k+ steps each day
stand on toes and stretch your body to get a little taller.
emi wongs workouts and lily sabri workouts really help! do check those out.
run on a treadmill if you can ever find one and run on 7 speed with incline till you can (not more than 20 mins)
workout plan-
add 10 more to what's in the video
hiit workouts, trust me, they'll make you sweat like crazy which will help in fat burn.
25 mountain climbers
30 heel touches
25 sec plank
25 Russian twists
40 sec high plank
20 crunches

diet-
don't stop consuming junk food but try to switch up unhealthy snacks with delicious healthy snacks!! try to consume less sugar and fats because it doesn't help much but don't fully stop, obviously sometimes you can have junk foods but consume less than what you consume now.
DO NOT starve yourself, its unhealthy and WILL CAUSE bloating and diseases!! consume ATLEAST 3 healthy meals a day!
DO NOT FORGET TO DRINK 3 L OF WATER TOO <3

100 jumping jacks
4x25 burpees
2x10 jump squats
1 song plank crawl
2x10 plank up and down
2x10 plank twists
75 crunches

if you guys want to lose weight quickly try to do this workout instead, it was given by jungkook of BTS.
- 100 squats (sumo )
- 20 lunges ( two sets )
- 30 abs workouts (crunches)
- one min plank
- one min plank dips
i tried this workout today and for reall i felt so much burn dude.

here are some tips to look like korean people
1st : Skin care
1. After waking up in the morning, take some ice cubes and gently rub it in your lips but for 1-2 minutes only! (for red lips)

2. Wash your face 3-4 times a day with clean water and don't use much makeup products!(for clear and soft skin)

3. Oil your hair on every Sunday and wash it after 2-3 hours. But, please note that don't leave oil in your hair overnight as it can weaken your hair roots! (for shiny and
silky hair)

2nd : body exercises
1: 20 push up
2: 40 bicycle crunches
3: 20 jump squats
4: 40 squats
5: 30 heel touches

I do half of this for a warm up then do jungkooks workout it kills me but after you've done it and before the pain it feels so good
