Yes suryanamaskar is helping me too... I started it 2 months back.. I did it daily like 15 for sure daily... And sometimes 25-30 too.... It sweats me a lot and heart beat goes very high up... But it is very relaxing ❤.... Yoga did change me.

Surya namaskar is ....I was 106 kg 7 months back, and now I am literally 64 kg....yes, I did follow healthy diets, but I started seeing changes after I started suryanamaskar

Yes it helps me too 2months back I was 84kgs and now I am 72kgs ofcourse I am following healthy diet plan and Surya namaskar for daily atleast 50 times and other yoga also following to burn my fat

Hey ! I used to do Suryanamskar regularly. I still like suryanamskar as a yogasan. But I noticed a change after doing approximately 24 suryanamskar everyday for 2 months straight my upper body got broader it almost felt like I started gaining.

I don't know why when I try to do Surya namaskar I get a fever for the whole day even when I do Cardio exercise on a daily basis but whenever I want to do such things my body gives up so easily 😢😢😢😢😢

Unless everybody of us change nothing will change. We really need reforms at the level of core. First and foremost thing we need to do is to acknowledge the value of efforts especially now because jugaadu mentality is prevailing everything.

Good advice. If your healthy enough to do it. - when you're old & half crippled by age (etc) you will Wish you had spent more daily effort 👍(simply) connecting with God; through silent single focused, (see the Willpower Institute) Meditation👍 so says an old, half crippled, ex-athlete! 😊
