Coach Kozak and Claudia, you Guys are the best out I have been in the fitness industry for decades and your workouts are all on point!!!! I love, how you incorporate time under tension !! As u know it's, not about quantity more about quality of your workouts !!! Thank you Claudia and Coach Kozak. I did the whole thing today, even the ones on the floor. Big groan! Yesterday, I skipped those. The first time I did them on my bed. I could feel my spine crunching.

I started this workout three weeks ago and It's getting easier, but not too easy yet. I can actually see a difference in my arm size! WOW! I started with 5 lb wights and for the past week and a half I've been using 10lb weights. Maybe go to 12lb?
