30 Day Dumbbell Challenge!
(Day 9 Complete!)


My family is having a pretty shit day today so today's workout routine really helped as this is the first day of the challenge that there are 2 workouts on the same day. Got shit off my brain for 20 minutes a few hours before bed. I appreciate you Bully & all the value you provide, for free. We'll all be emotional for the next few days (and after. Long story short: My mom's cat has cancer and it's growing rapidly) so these workouts will be my main method of distraction.

You're *honestly* the goat.

Day 3 - part 2 (30 day dumbbell challenge): I see my comment from yhe first time I did this, I said "shoulders really felt this one". That is still true this time, my shoulders were well worked! Keep up the good work everyone

These videos are showing me the only arm muscles I had developed even a little was my biceps but ive come such a long way. My biceps are at 30 pounds but ive finally reached being able to 20 as easily with my triceps and the rest of the gang. My legs are beasts but my arms definitely are slouching.

I've got a pair of 10lb dumbells I keep at work for a routine just like this. I add in dips push ups and or pull ups sometimes...well otw to grab em. Thanx for getting me up(long breaks at the airport)💪💯👍

Man looka hea. Everything has been fine the past 2 months with doing your no equipment workouts from home. I’ve lost 15 pounds and I’m now ready to start gaining my muscle....sooo my ass started back at the gym yesterday...I took your videos with me cause I now want to instill the dumbbell was at the gym 2 1/2 hours, getting used to everything again and doing my routines I would normally do cause I hadn’t been to the gym since March. When I got to these videos did this one, your dumbbell arm blast, and dumbbell back....fast forward to now...the next morning...I am laying in my bed and cannot move 🤣🤣. My fiancé said, “You thought you was Hercules huh?” 😩🤣. Don’t think I can workout for like 2 days now man. Finna go repair my muscles. Y’all this dude will get you right but I wasn’t ready for this loll. Let’s get it tho. #TeamBully 💯
