Great video. After keyword research, I always add all on the focus KW section(100). Just the top 3-5 KW will be used in the content and the rest will be not. Is this practice ok or will it hurt my ranking? should I add focus kw even though its not in the content just to make up the 100 needed.

Two questions regarding the AIO/SEO plug-in:

1) In my ADDITIONAL KEYPHRASES field, I'm prompted that: "Additional Keyphrases are a PRO feature." So, apparently, one is not able to add additional keyphrases with the free version of AIO/SEO. Correct?

2) When I click on the GET ADDITIONAL KEYPHRASES button, a pop-up opens with a "YOAST | Semrush" heading; whereas, in your example, you have a "AIOSEO | Semrush" heading. I have my Yoast SEO plug-in deactivated. Please explain.
