good tip. just to reiterate, once your hips cannot go further back, lift the weight up. also make sure to keep ur neck in line with the rest of your body.

Thank u ive always done RDLS comfortably n yesterday I was pissed because I kept feeling in my back and i wasnt sure what was going on. Also probably bc i didnt warm up my glutes properly i only had 20mins to get a workout in

Okay, thank you bcause i was doing good w/my RDLS the other day & thn today, i was starting to feel back pain, even though my form was good. Now, ik that its because i need to come straight up & not take my time coming up once i bend
