People are getting it all wrong. This is NOT basim teleporting in mirage. The explanation for this ability is that basim's movement and strikes were so swift, that the animus cannot properly simulate them, and therefore the sequence appears as a glitch in the animus.

Knowing all of this, it actually becomes really interesting to use this abiliy
