This is the first video of a new series I've launched called "3 products and their alternatives".

Share this video with anyone who eats a lot of biscuits, maggi or packaged juices!

Note 1: None of the brands mentioned are sponsored. These brands are a part of the "small business, big impact campaign" where I promote small Indian businesses that do not have the same marketing budgets as MNCS. The small business, big impact campaign is from June to August.

Note 2: Regular maggi is 14 rupees. Maggi Atta Noodles is 24 rupees. "Slurrp farms" is 33 rupees (130 rupees for 4 servings), and "Naturally yours" is 58 rupees per serving (Rs. 147 for a 180g pack).

Note 3: I don't think there is any packaged healthy alternative to Parle G which is cost-effective. Some people cannot afford anything besides Parle G as their snack, and I appreciate Parle G for keeping their prices so low.

Hey,
I've tried this and I'm giving my complete honest review. Tbh, the quantity which we received was less, also I'm very well aware that this is a very healthier Alternative but if you are searching for a very delicious taste then you might not find it in these, especially that yellow one of the slurp farm millet noodles. I felt that the green one was a little bland but still better than the yellow one. My little brother tried the yellow one and did not like it. But it could be totally opposite for you all. I'm not convincing you all to not try it, I'm just sharing my experience. It's a 5/5 for being healthy. Thank you.

I am very thankful to you for reducing my cravings. I am someone who is struggling to loose weight. But I had a hard time controlling cravings whenever I went to supermarkets where all the packages chips and biscuits used to attract me. But after seeing your videos and realising how harmful they are, my cravings have reduced naturally. Now when I get any cravings, I have a valid reason to convince my mind not to fall for it.😊

Your local baker will always be happy to make biscuits for you, especially if you live in a small town. I always give them the ingredients and request them to bake cookies- almost the same price but atleast my family is eating healthy.

Health comes at a cost, in this case it's money. That's why majority prefer the unhealthy stuff.

Hi Bro,
I am a fitness trainer and a dietician

I am also a consumer of Slurrp farm product but I hardly think it is made to capture Indian market because of the following

Agreed that slurrp farm has no maida and all that you mentioned, but do you know how much is the price difference? 56 Rs for 300Gms maggi and 100 for 180 gms of slurrp farm! Indeed healthy but there is no cost effective product in market like that, Let's hope the market gets better products with affordable prices soon :(

we don't have such kind of disposable incomes here plus you can just eat bajra/jowar roti if one is that much health conscious, it is not a necessity to eat maggi, People do it for the taste I believe.

It's hard to change people's eating habbit n tastes which they are used to
Majority of people won't go for the healthy alternatives even after knowing the ones they consume are harmful for their health
Because these unhealthy ultra processed foods are readily available in the market and people consume it on a daily basis
Well if we think to it
We can start the change..slowly and effectively!

I customize my Instant noodles with a lot of vegetables to make them less unhealthy. Works like a charm. I am fuller with all those extra veggies and the maida doesn't hit as hard.

Maggi Veg Atta noodles, the costly version of Maggi, also doesn't have any maida but you'll still get the huge amount of sodium though. That way you can eat a bit more healthy without sacrificing taste.

I've eaten slurp farm noodles, they're pretty good. Made them on a weekend evening with all the veggies, it turned out great!

I understand we should eat healthy but not everyone can afford brands like the ones u mentioned. A 140g of the famous noodles costs ₹28 whereas the other one ₹129 for 192g. A difference of ₹101. Only rich people can afford such things. Hence it's very easy to say to start eating healthy but we tend to forget that healthy doesn't come cheap.
