Depending on your body, your metabolism & how much and how often you eat it YES ! You can get fat from eating bread. Listen I’ve done it. I’m a bread lover. Tbh bread could be the only thing I’m allowed to eat for the rest of my life & without a doubt in my mind I won’t grow tired of it lol

!!! Yes!! We need to stop villainizing bread. Especially bread like ours that is stone-milled to create a more delicious and nutrient dense loaf.

Higher fiber is better for weight loss, also greens and veggies are less calorie dense while being more nutrient dense. You can eat a larger volume and you'll get less calories. Higher satiety. I love bread but come on lol eat your veggies.

put a lot of butter on it. Also, make sure it is sourdough. REAL sourdough. and organic and ancient grain if possible.

I think it's so easy to over eat bread. 4 slices of toast and with hardly any nutrients. Then you're malnourished and have then had probably too many calories which will give you a dumpy look.

Depends on what type of bread...1 size doesn't fit all.
Gluten in most bread can be an allergen for some.

The poly-lysine helps a lil, but some cut the healthy part and throw it in the bin, can u believe that? Eat peels and crusts, their healthy!

I couldn't give a toss what the anti bread brigade say il never stop eating bread wholegrain or sourdough nothing beats a healthy sandwich 🥪 😋
