- Since our body composition is 80% diet, we should not ignore the cruсial role of food in a weight gain struggle. An average person needs around 3500 calories to gain a pound. You need an extra 500 calories a day if you want to put on extra weight in a week.
- Protein is the key for muscle building; it will help you gain muscle weight rather than fat mass. Good sources of protein are red meat and poultry, eggs, whole grains. Salmon is high in calories and healthy fats.

The bad thing is, when you feel like you are progressing, someone has to come and put you back at where you were and you loose all your confidence. But I've learned that only your own opinion matters.

I try to hide my skinniness by wearing baggy clothing🙁people make jokes about me being skinny thinking nothing of it, but deep down inside it actually *really* affects me😭


UPDATE: y’all are so freaking sweet bro🥺 I wish more people were like you guys ❤️ it’s 2020 now and I finally gained happy weight, I can wear what I want now and wear killer outfits and feel proud of my body🥺🥺, that means if I could do it, you definitely can ! I took a trip to Europe during the summer of 2019 and ate anything and everything . My number one tip for you guys is this : if you are taking out your food, put a little bit more . Each day put a little and little bit more so that your stomach stretches and your appetite gets bigger and bigger . Obviously take amounts that you are comfortable with, not too much, but to your liking . Again thanks so much for y’all kind words and support ❤️❤️

I gained weight (several pounds) so far, in only three weeks, I’m constantly stuffing my face with extra calories, bigger portions, and more frequent meals and snacks. At first it was hard eating 3-4 boiled eggs for breakfast but each time you forced yourself to eat ‘just a little bit more’ you actually make your stomach bigger in a sense, and you actually begin to crave that portion more. I eat boiled eggs with cheese as a late night snack, I eat a lot of bread sandwiches, a lot of meat in my lunches, drink milk occasionally— you can do it too! Another thing that helped me was cooking new recipes I found online—- sooo motivating!

The biggest lie i found being skinny is changing diet .. I have tried all those nutrients for gaining weight but it doesn't work on me. Now the last thing we can do for gaining weight is just pray . Anybody reading this plzz pray for my weight gain. I will pray for u toooo.
