SHOULD YOU GAIN WEIGHT:
Being underweight is not good for your health. Weighing too little can contribute to a weakened immune system, fragile bones and feeling tired.

You can check if you're underweight by using a BMI healthy weight calculator, which shows your body mass index (BMI).

If your BMI is below 18.5, this suggests that your weight may be too low.

If you're underweight, or you're concerned that someone you know is, tell your healthcare professional so they can give you help and advice.

MUST-HAVE SOLUTIONS FOR WEGIHT GAIN:

NETI POT SINUS RINSE BOTTLE BY ABRAHAM THE PHARMACIST:

MY VIDEO MAKING GEAR:

WHY ARE YOU UNDERWEIGHT:
If the healthy weight calculator has told you that you may be underweight, think about why this might be. For example, have you:

- Felt unwell? There might be an underlying medical cause for your low weight, such as an overactive thyroid.
- Lost your appetite, perhaps because you're worried or stressed?
- Been trying to lose weight?

EATING DISORDERS:
If you feel anxious or worried when you think about food, or feel that stress or low self-esteem are affecting the way you eat, you may have an eating disorder.

If you think you may have an eating disorder, talk to someone you trust. Consider speaking to a healthcare professional because help is available.

WEIGHT GAIN DIET PLAN:
Try using our healthy high-calorie approach to boost your diet and reduce your risk of malnutrition. Then you can return to a normal balanced diet.

If you have diabetes, raised cholesterol or lipids, please speak to your healthcare professional before starting this diet.

WHEN TO SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE:
1- Food Anxiety: Stress about food choices hinders eating habits. Consult a healthcare professional for support.
2- Medication-Induced Appetite Suppression: New medications reducing hunger warrant professional attention.
3- Oral Health Issues: Dental problems causing difficulty or pain while eating necessitate dentist consultation.
4- Digestive Symptoms: Pain or reflux post-meals may affect appetite. Seek advice if experiencing swallowing difficulties.
5- Altered Stool Appearance: Changes in stool color or presence of blood require healthcare evaluation.
6- Unexplained Weight Changes: Chronic diseases may cause weight loss or inability to gain weight; seek prompt medical assessment for concerns.

I'm a 19 y/o male and I'm 5'11, I weighed in earlier today at 106lbs, I've struggled with weight my ENTIRE life, always having an almost non existent appetite. When I hit puberty and started to grow, my weight started to pick up and I ended up hitting 120 pounds at around the age of 17, since then I've been in a constant battle to stay up, I go through stints where I try really hard to eat 3 meals in a day, and then I have instances where I only get by with a 400kcal daily intake. I keep gaining and then losing it all again, and I've never gotten past 120 since then. In the past 9 days I dropped from 117lbs to 106 and I think I'm finally done.
I recently got diagnosed with bipolar disorder and I want to prove to myself that mental struggles won't hold me back from achieving my physical goals, thanks for the helpful video.

This video was really helpful! Though a lot of us skinny people have digestive issues and food allergies. I would like to see a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and grain free version of this.

I'm a 35 yo male and I have always struggled with weight but in the past year ended up dealing with health issues and went from 175lbs as a 6'3 guy down to 150 and I've been so self conscious about it as even at 175 I felt like I was too skinny. I'm back up to 160 and my goal is to eventually get up to 180-190 as it seems like a good weight for my size. Definitely gotta eat better and more consistent as I go from my appetite through the roof and eat like my stomach is a bottomless pit to not having an appetite at all and struggling to force myself to eat

I was told once I hit my 40s the weight would pile on easy. I’m 45 and I’ve actually lost 5 lbs when my goal has been to gain at least 15. People rarely sympathize when you’re a woman trying to gain weight and ppl can actually be rude because society has made fat shaming so bad but nobody bats an eye when someone is making rude comments about you just because you’re thin. I find it hard to keep up on the extra caloric intake that my fast metabolism requires just to maintain my weight let alone trying to gain. I don’t like the super full sluggish feeling that comes with eating higher calorie larger portions and my busy lifestyle and career makes it hard to eat smaller but more frequent meals so it’s like I’m damned either way. Most other women tell me they envy me but if they only knew how hard it is it’s actually very disheartening because it’s like being the odd man out when hardly anyone relates to your struggle.
